- your phone number, when you signed up, whether you're subscribed or unsubscribed, and a random code for your opt-out link.
- sms list: why
- to text you locations, dates and ticket links for blnd events. nothing else. we never share or sell your number.
- legal basis
- your consent, given with the checkbox when you sign up (art. 6(1)(a) gdpr). you can withdraw it at any time.
- opting out
- your welcome text contains a link (blndcltr.com/o/…). keep it: one click and you won't get any more texts. lost it? email us and we take you off the list. if you want your number deleted completely, email us too.
- retention
- as long as you're on the list. after you opt out, your number stays marked as unsubscribed so you don't get texts again. on request we delete it completely.
- service providers
- supabase (database, servers in the eu). twilio (sms delivery, ireland region; twilio inc., usa). vercel (hosting; vercel inc., usa). where data goes to the usa, we rely on the eu-us and swiss-us data privacy framework and the providers' standard contractual clauses.
- server logs
- when you open the site, vercel processes technical data such as ip address, time and browser to deliver the page and prevent abuse. this is never linked to your phone number.
- cookies & tracking
- none. no analytics, no ad pixels, no tracking cookies.
- your rights
- access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent. write to contact@blndculture.com. you can also complain to the swiss federal data protection commissioner (fdpic) or the data protection authority in your country.
